Friends. I have been noticing for a long time that design studios in their cases often add information that the flow of customers has improved after the introduction of a new design to the site, that the number of failures has decreased. Well, in general, statistics / dynamics
So, in practice, I / we have this. A client comes with a task, we discuss it, solve it, approve it, the client is satisfied, the project is completed. So, I would like to know the real results of the work. Namely, how the new look of the site affected the convenience and behavior of users. In any work there are nuances, everything is individual. So how do you get that statistic?
This will also give direction to improve products and help correct errors.
How do you work with your clients when the work is already done? Is it correct to ask the client how things are going after the launch of the project?

In my theme, this works very often. After the introduction of automation in a month or two, the client understands what else can be done. I myself turn to him with such a question - how it works, what can be done better, what new things have been invented, etc.

You need to continue to be friends with customers, maintain relationships, including being interested in how things are going. This is normal and even positive. I see no reason not to do this, except that the client is from the category of those who want to quickly forget like a bad dream.
