Which bank to choose for an individual entrepreneur for a rare withdrawal of a large amount 1-2 times a year?

I'm freelancing on a big project. Once a year (or two) a stage is closed and a large amount (x million) is paid. I didn’t cash out, such a specificity of the project. Banks usually set limits and large commissions when withdrawing (cashing out, transferring to a personal account) large amounts from individual entrepreneurs.
Which bank to choose in such a situation?
Which bank has lower commissions and higher limits?
Upd: I (a new individual entrepreneur) was refused to open an SMP account, then RosBank. I don't know why... just wasted time waiting for the application to be considered.
Alpha and Vanguard agreed to open immediately, without waiting for approval. Opened in Alpha, albeit more expensive

You can look in the direction of the Point (but check the tariffs so that they suit you, and also - ask their support - they answer promptly) or Vanguard .
At Tochka, on some tariffs, there is no payment in case of no movement of funds and humane tariffs in general and less formal support. Avant-garde is more traditional, but not bad either.
In any case, it is better to check with bank supporters for specific amounts - whether they will withdraw in a one-time payment.
PS For the Point, if necessary, there is a promo code for a discount or free service.
