How to start immigrating to Canada?

Hello! Maybe someone else has experienced this or has had the same experience. In general, I am 26 years old and would like to go live for permanent residence in Canada. I myself am from Kazakhstan, I have one higher education (computer science), and I am getting a second higher education (power industry). I work as an electrician in a large company in Kazakhstan, in principle, the work and salary suits me. But you know, all my life I dreamed of living in the west, namely Canada. And recently, this dream woke up again. For many days now I have been looking for information on where to start ... everywhere it is the same to choose an immigration program, confirm education, learn the language. Well, I understand the language, I study it, I plan to pass IELTS at the end of the year. But with further steps it is not clear ... it is not clear where to start. Maybe someone can give some advice on this. Do I need to confirm my education while in my country or already there? And the program to choose where to go? And what documents are required for this. It is not yet clear, in many places they write about the availability of money for the first time, such as a certificate from the bank, you need to provide, but it is not written how much should be for one person.

Hello!
The only authoritative and self-sufficient resource that fully describes all the procedures and all the necessary conditions is the official website of the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship of the Government of Canada: https://www.cic.gc.ca/
In addition to a general acquaintance with the available immigration programs, I recommend going through there is an assessment of your immigration rating: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/cr... - and it will be clear what needs to be tightened up, what to correct.
In any case, you will need to register in the federal ExpressEntry immigration program, optionally in the provincial similar systems of your choice.
In general, everything is described on these official sites, but in short, depending on age, education, marital status and some other factors, you will need: education documents evaluated in WES Canada, an official IELTS or TEF result. They are also needed for registration in ExpressEntry. If there is - a job offer from the employer.
Money (the amounts and terms of storage in the bank are described in official documents), a medical examination in centers certified for this, certificates of good conduct, etc. are needed already at the last stage, before leaving.
But you still need to start with the cic and IELTS website and the ExpressEntry system.
There are a number of good youtube channels about immigrating to Canada, such as "Interesting Calgary": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knOl7Hgc4ps
Approximately so, maybe not all the details were given, but the main thing is here.
