Is it possible to get a bluecard with an unrecognized Russian diploma in applied computer science?

Do you think it is worth going to study for a master's degree in Applied Informatics in order to further immigrate to Germany as a programmer? At the moment, the education is not IT (but engineering), but there is experience in php / JavaScript. It’s clear that it’s good for self-development, but I’m interested in bureaucratic obstacles, what if they don’t recognize a diploma, then what ... they won’t give a bluecard, even if I find a job?

Excuse me, are you able to find a job in Russia (well, or in your home country if you are not in Russia)? Not? Then don't even dream. If even with a sea of vacancies with us you have not found a worthy place, then alas, nothing shines for you in Germany.
What does "suddenly" mean? If the university is not accredited, then you do not have a HE according to international standards.
For some reason, everyone who wants to "get out" does not think that they are not alone in the whole world and that if someone needs their "experience in php / JavaScript", then certainly not where their programmers are, like dirt.
