Is it possible for a programmer to emigrate to the EU without a diploma and a Blue Card?
Hello. Can I get a job in the countries of Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria) or the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) if I am a programmer without a diploma (I have a higher education, but it is in the humanities)?
What I have: a certificate of completion of programming courses, 6 years of experience as a programmer in Russia, recorded in the work book, knowledge of English at B1 level and the ability to code in three languages (Python, C#, Java).

You can, it is enough to have proof of work experience for 5 years (letters of recommendation).
Many of them compose and sign them themselves - they roll them in some countries. With labor, you may not need it.
Almost impossible. It's funny, but the more developed the country, the more they like shifting pieces of paper, coupled with scrupulous examination of them. It is with us that you can get a job according to skills, and there according to skills, perhaps, remotely.
You need a diploma or work experience in the specialty confirmed by a work book (several years, or 5, or 10). In your case, as I understand it, the second option. If 6 years is enough according to the laws of the desired country, then everything is ok. If not, it needs to be improved.
And then it will be possible to think about emigration.
