How to legally get into the still open countries from Russia?
We do not take our allied states, which will be used as a maximum as a transit for moving to another country.
So far, Asia is available, sort of.
What can I expect as a 22-year-old IT specialist without a diploma and with knowledge of English? Refugee and so on is understandable, this will already be the last frontier, but still, what can you count on at all?

No one seems to have closed the borders directly - only airspace.
So it can be reached on foot or by car.
Another option is by plane to Asia or to the Arab countries.
But keep in mind that covid measures are still in effect almost everywhere, and without a European vaccine, there are many places where they won’t let you in (well, or they will force you to quarantine for a couple of weeks at your own expense)
But I don’t know how you will look for a job - this requires a work visa, almost everywhere , but they won’t give it to you, because many foreign companies simply refuse to work with Russians
