Is it possible to immigrate to Switzerland with a non-core VO?
Hello, has anyone had experience moving to Switzerland on a work visa? Is it possible to find companies in which you can get a job in Ukraine and by working in which you can get a chance to relocate within the company to the Swiss office? And how critical will the lack of technical education be, is a diploma studied in Switzerland as closely as in the USA, for example? I can't find any information regarding this. If someone is aware and can tell, I will be grateful.

Switzerland is rather reluctant to hire even EU citizens, so without at least a residence permit in Europe, it will be extremely difficult to find a job there. Also, to receive an offer, fluency in English, German and French is required. But a diploma for European countries is just not required, it is easily replaced by relevant work experience. In fact, if you received an offer, then definitely issue a work visa.
And in general, everything is possible, I know cases of moving to Switzerland from Russia, they say, it’s even a little easier from Ukraine, so if there is such a goal, then achieve it.
A friend from Ukraine moved to Switzerland from Germany: first, he successfully worked for a German company (SIXT) for some time, then he received an offer from Switzerland.
If you have an offer and an employer is interested in you, the issue of a diploma will not even arise especially (relevant for the EU).
If you get a grant - the same story.
I don’t understand why there are so many questions about a diploma and a work visa - they are not directly related if you have an offer, an employer and work experience.
