Is it possible to immigrate to the United States without taking into account the years of work if I am self-employed on a work visa?

Hello!
Tell me, please, if I registered myself as self-employed and worked and paid taxes for 3 years, but did not transfer money to the pension fund, and, accordingly, I did not accrue work experience, but I can confirm my work experience with contracts, checks and deductions to tax. Will I be able to immigrate to the US on a work visa under these conditions?

Where do you get a work visa from?
they are issued for a specific employer, and even then they are not enough for everyone. this time.
work visa - not emigration. it's two.
