What can be done in 1.5 years to immigrate to Germany?

Hello. Please advise. How to make the best use of your time in order to reach the level of a developer in 1.5 years, which German IT companies will be interested in?
I am a student. 1.5 years left to graduate. I do self-education. I study PHP, HTML, CSS, JS studied Ruby a little. Thinking about immigration to Germany. Perhaps someone has already dealt with this issue. Advise how to proceed? Start learning something new, it is possible to focus your attention on something specific. In what area is it now optimal to improve your knowledge and skills in order to achieve interest from recruiters in 1.5 years?
PS Interested in WEB direction.

It will be easier to marry a German.
There are enough php, html, css, js experts here.
We need engineers in embed, doctors, electricians (from 60 € per hour), plumbers (for the simplest cleaning of the toilet I paid ~ 1500 €), etc. No kidding.
If you are still a student, then take 1-2 semesters in Germany (Auslandssemester), and find companies here.

If you study in a specialty related to computer science, then you can simply complete your studies at a German university, without passing any exams and completely free of charge.
Money will be needed only for living.
My friend left to study like that, lives there and even works (since the second semester) in his specialty (usability tester or something like that).
In general, everything is real, you just need to want.
Oh yes, and you must know German well, you can still unlearn it without it, but it will be difficult to get a job.

Here it is written what is needed for the web in Germany: surfin-birds.ru/kakie-php-razrabotchiki-nuzhny-vg...
Including how to look for vacancies in order to understand the situation.
Now the situation has changed a little, for example, in php you need to learn Laravel
You can learn PHP, Ruby or node.js, but it is advisable to focus on one thing :)
