Is it possible to apply for a blue / green card with a master's degree (and a non-core bachelor's degree)?

Hello! I study for 4 courses of bachelor's management, I work as an iOS developer. The absence of a profile diploma of higher technical education inside Russia does not interfere, but I would like not to limit myself to certain countries in the future with possible immigration. Could you tell me, please, whether an anti-Master's degree can meet the requirements of the same blue card for a mandatory specialized higher education? Or is a bachelor's degree required?

It depends on what the master's degree will be, and from which university. Will it be accepted when issuing a visa.
Today, many countries have stopped issuing Blue cards to Russians in principle. How it will be in a year is not known.
