How to get a residence permit in Ukraine without a work permit?

I want to move to Ukraine, looking for an IT job; There are proposals, but most firms work not through employment, but through FP / SPD, and, accordingly, they cannot and do not want to receive a work permit, especially since there is a special fuss with this. Does anyone have experience of moving to Ukraine and getting a job there on FP/SPD? If yes, how did you get a residence permit? (Preferably without additional perks like having Ukrainian relatives; I don’t have them.) What is the method of obtaining a residence permit through the opening of a legal entity and how much more hemorrhoids from this legal entity will be in the future?
I contacted lawyers, most of them do not answer, or they offer to buy a package service from them right away; once I received a consultation for 500 hryvnias, but I could write one myself.
