How to speed up Docker on Windows?

To images in nginx container, php:7.4-fpm (memory_limit = 1024M), mysql:8.0.23.
Loading pages is wildly slow, while a similar container for a colleague on a poppy works fine.
How to speed up the download?

you need to push everything into the container to the maximum, but I have the whole www part outside.
