Why can't windows 7 boot?

Tell me why Win7 can not boot. Black screen and swears that Bad disk. Filmed, checked on another computer, chekdisk - ok, smart - ok. Boot restore cannot restore.

Thanks to all. And the chest just opened...
It started with ERD commander, it rustled for about 15 minutes at startup, rebooted and brought to light a miracle in the form of a desktop :)

A lot of options: broken partition table, non-working MBR or VBR...

Well, go into recovery mode, run the checkdisk, bootrec.exe / fixmbr

In BIOS, check the order of boot-hdd, change the sata cable.
