Industrial processor modules

We produce a certain industrial meter based on ADSP-2191. Now there is a desire to put something more powerful (~ 500-1000MHz) using the accumulated analog and other strapping. And it's better to have a module with RAM (100MB - ?) and flash. Mandatory with SPI, output from the data/address bus. It is desirable (possibly) with external interfaces (RS485, 4-20, etc.). Naturally, industrial execution.
Where is the best place to look?

IMHO, look at the modules on Blackfin, otherwise they themselves climbed from 2185N to Shark for a long time and painfully, although Blackfin was clearly drawn as optimal.
Or do you already have everything written in Syah under 2191? We then coded on asma under 2185.

Variscite sells great modules on TI ARMs - cheap, fast, small, compatible with a bunch of others, good support, and a 15 year non-discontinuance warranty. Now, of the modules, the most normal solution is - the rest are either expensive, or radio amateurs, which will be sold in a couple of years.
