How to power on a Hyper V VM from a client machine?

There is a server with Hyper V, it has 5 virtual machines Vm1, Vm2, Vm3 ..
there are ordinary client PCs ...
they are all in the production network (via external switch), all have their own IP.
Is it possible to initiate the inclusion of virtual machines from windows 7 client machines with subsequent connection via RDP? I don’t want virtual machines to be turned on all the time and eat up server resources, while client RMs must initiate a connection to them on their own.

Write a script on PS that starts the VM, waits for it to load and connects via RDP.
