How to solve the problem with D-link DWA-126 and TP-Link TL-WN422G network adapters?

Hello!
The essence of the problem: WiFi connection breaks after a minute of connection.
Chronology:
I received the D-link DWA-126 adapter, downloaded the drivers from the manufacturer's website. The adapter officially supports Windows versions from XP to 7. I have an 8. I decided to put 7-ku on an empty local disk. Launched the installer, put it - everything fell smoothly. I rebooted into Windows 7. I installed the adapter drivers, connected it - everything worked (Network 1 (98% - connection level) and Network 2 (15% - connection level) were available for connection).
I connected to Network 1 and enjoyed about a minute of high-speed Internet, and then a yellow triangle was displayed on the connection, notifying that network access was limited. Then this notification disappears and an asterisk "*" appears, notifying that there are available connections, however, Network 1, to which I previously connected, is not displayed, only Network 2. After literally 10 seconds, all available connections disappear, and Windows writes that no connections available.
I climbed into the device manager and turned off and on the adapter - it immediately connected to Network 1, but a minute later the story repeated itself: a break, there are available, there are no available.
Ran the troubleshooter - it resets the adapter and it works, but still about a minute. I shoveled a bunch of all sorts of settings in the adapter - nothing could be fixed.
Having lost hope of fixing the problem with the adapter, I decided to find another one whose drivers would support window 8.
I rebooted into Windows 8. I found another TP-Link TL-WN422G adapter, downloaded the drivers, installed them. History 1 in 1. A break in a minute and only a hardware reset helps.
I have already lost faith in my own strength, so I ask for your support. Tell me, please, how can I fix the problem with connecting at least some adapter. It is desirable that everything works on Win 8, because I plan to demolish 7-ku as unnecessary.
Thank you in advance!

Try unchecking "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" (I think that's what it's called) in the adapter's properties:
