I don't know about WiFi antennas. But 4g antennas are possible. huawei b310-22 look at this model just recently I was looking for it.

The Turris Omnia has 3 mini-pcie ports that you can insert LTE modems into.
Huawei has home LTE routers (and portable ones too).
