How to solve the problem with concentration?
Hi all.
I have constant problems with attention and concentration. I can’t concentrate on anything for a long time (it always takes me a long time to get it, but I think that’s another problem).
Yes, there are moments when I study something non-stop, but it rarely happens. For example, I decided to read "Java Philosophy", I read, "... and now let's look at an example" and that's it! I get lazy, I close it and go to YouTube, for example. I would love to study both physics and mathematics, but the problem is the same. Or I’m sitting in a lesson, it would seem that I want to delve into it, but it’s so unbearable for me there that for the life of me. Constantly in myself, I think about my own, I get distracted.
In general, briefly: I am very inquisitive, but very inattentive and not concentrated (or MB stupid?).
I doubt I'm the only one with this problem.

There are millions of coders in the world. And in 99% it's because of laziness. All excuses for concentration are the usual inability to work on oneself. If all his life a person has not been particularly steamed at school and at the institute, then by the time of work he is simply unable to take and do something purposefully. The phrase "at school we learn to learn" is not an empty word at all.
To overcome the condition, now for years you need to accustom the body and brain to patience and work on any task.
In general, just take and work. You motivate yourself to work. If you put in enough effort, after a while you will notice that you succeed.

1) Some time is not minutes or hours or days. Months. Maybe years.
2) It will start to work out - this does not mean that it will become easier. No, it will only be more difficult, you will just be surprised that this is possible.
