Should I graduate with commercial experience?

I am in my last year of college (Secondary special education) majoring in "Programming in computer systems".
It will also soon begin to drip 3 years in commercial development, during which time it was possible to move to a larger city.
The question is whether it is worth spending time and money finishing your studies, or does it make no sense, because. a crust of medium-special is not useful, and there is already commercial development experience?
The training itself did not bring much benefit, and the only question is whether the diploma itself is needed, both in terms of recruitment and legal.
