I installed this software electron.atom.io/docs/v0.36.0 using npm, started the application template foundation.zurb.com/apps , but I don’t know how to make it possible to display Cyrillic characters. UTF-8 is everywhere.

If the file encoding is in Unicode and the meta tag is charset=UTF-8, then everything should be displayed correctly.
