How to overcome "waiting for available socket" when using pjax?

The essence of the matter is as follows:
The site was previously used as a crutch - a home-made jquery navigation module written by itself (there were problems with it as well). Yesterday I switched to pjax, I have problems when navigating the site in Google Crome (in other browsers, such a problem did not seem to be observed). - When navigating the site, chrome often stops loading pages with the
inscription "waiting for an available socket"
connections.
The nginx + Apache bundle is used as the server side.
The site itself is being developed - devel.thepawselement.ru
How to overcome these problems?

@Baiker

You can try to fix the problem:
1. Go to chrome://net-internals/#sockets
2. Flush socket pools

I would recommend changing to the landing page style, for your subject matter.
And regarding the current site, you have not optimally written the process of moving through the pages, it is possible to loop the transitions, for this it is enough to click on all the links many, many times and they will blink until all your clicks blink.
Also, the design itself does not inspire confidence (no offense)
