How to slow down coolers on hp proliant dl380p server after replacing disks?

Good afternoon. Previously, there were hgst HTS721010A9E630 drives, then I replaced them with Seagate ST2000LM015-2E81. After the raid was assembled, the coolers started spinning at 100%. It is clear that HP asks for native disks, but we, like everyone else, are aimed at saving. array p420i controller
There are no errors in the Ilo logs. All disks are defined.
I would update the firmware of the raid controller to the latest version, but it is not clear what consequences this can lead to, since HP advises updating the BIOS first, but I can’t download it, the site requires a guarantee.
Bottom line, how to reduce the fan speed?

Catching this on Gen8 servers. For the price, it was cheaper to buy non-branded SSDs, which they did. Don't make noise with them)
