How to recover recovery partition on HP laptop?

I have an HP Envy 6-1254er laptop. At some point in his life, Windows began to show signs of death.
Initially, the laptop was running Windows 8, which I immediately upgraded to Windows 8.1.
Now the laptop constantly freezes, does not always execute exe files, requires a reboot after each closing of the lid. The first thing I wanted to do was restore from the recovery partition, but it is not detected by the system. Tried to get hp recovery disk, but didn't find it for my model, but found it for 6-1253er. They are close in characteristics, but this recovery disk needs a fresh bios firmware, which I cannot install (it is installed from under Windows, as I understand it). Update at office. The site is only available for 8, not 8.1 like mine.
How do I restore my computer to stock?

You need not

restore recovery partition on HP laptop

A "restore hp laptop to factory settings"
1. Ask Google
2. We get the answer: "So, in order to start restoring the system, after turning on the power, we need to start making short presses of the Esc key until the following menu appears on the display: ..."
3. If it doesn't work, install Windu cleanly, all the drivers are on the HP website.

Who cares. The problem was solved like this. Why reinstallation, and not recovery, as everyone advised me? By calling those HP support, I was strongly recommended to do the recovery using their proprietary utility (like HP Recovery Manager), via the F11 key. And so he did. An error popped up and nothing else started. The proprietary utility killed Windows. Since I found a recovery image for an HP ENVY 6-1253er laptop, I will try to restore the initial (from the store) state of the laptop to them. What for? The laptop has a 6Gb mSATA board, which should serve as a cache and help the system boot faster. Plus a breakdown with a recovery partition. I did not do this on a working machine only because I needed to update the BIOS, and not all exe files were running for me.
Initially, Windows 8 was installed on the laptop, and after that I upgraded to 8.1, but for the first time I tried to install a clean Windows 8.1, and the key does not pick up under it. With clean Windows 8 (the image is called Single Language), the key is picked up immediately and without problems, but I could not install it right away, because it did not see my hard drive. Having learned that I have an Intel HM77 Express motherboard chipset, I started looking for firewood, but I can’t find them in their pure form: they are either from the manufacturer or not at the office. Intel website. "Slip" during installation (thanks to google) - "Driver for Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST)". With it, everything was installed immediately, although Windows cursed that the disk might be damaged.
