The printer does not read the barcode. What to do?

The HP DeskJet F380 printer does not see cartridges, does not print, gives an error "E" on the seven-segment indicator, the cartridge error light is on. After reading the materials on the Internet, I found that the printer does not read the barcode under the sticker with the model name (the scanner passes there several times, an error appears).
