How to connect a Mikrotik router and an HP switch with optics?
Tell me what could be the matter: there is an HP1920-24G switch and a Mikrotik hAP AC router. The J4859A SFP module is plugged into HP, and the Mikrotik S-31DLC20D. Both modules are 1310nm, both native manufacturers for their device. Both are accepted by devices, there are no errors in the logs. But the link is not coming up. At the same time, if you connect via twisted pair, the link is stable. What can be wrong?
PS SFP-interface in Mikrotik'e in the bridge, the IP of the web muzzle is assigned to the bridge.

> Both modules are 1310nm
and how many cores are plugged into the module? if there is one, then these are wdm modules, in which case one should be at 1310 nm, and the second at 1550 nm.
although Google says that the modules are two-core ... then check tx / rx, see the diagnostics for the modules.
HP has a bad habit of ignoring modules from other manufacturers. Tested on GigiLink and equivalents.
In general, you check you should not have two 1310 modules, you should have a 1310/1550 and 1550/1310 module if single-mode.
And so most likely just ignore someone else's module. Go to the web face of HP and look at the logs, everything is written there usually.
