What does the LED on the HP T1500 G2 UPS mean?

It turned out to be on the hands of the HP UPS T1500 G2 UPS. When you turn it on, the orange lights No. 2 and No. 6 start blinking orange. By pressing the power button, the UPS does not turn on. I did not find information on such a combination of indication in the User Guide. What could it be?

By exception established - this indication occurs when one of the UPS batteries fails.
Replacing the batteries brought the UPS back online.
