How to use its image on a USB flash drive without a physical DVD disc?

There are two DVD images from which you can recreate the system recovery partition as from the factory. Is it possible to "emulate" a disk change in the drive using a USB flash drive?
2 ISO (7.9GB , 3.6GB), HP Pavilion Notebook.

What happens if you slip these iso images into a virtual machine with a disk of the same size as the real one? Does the utility check for the presence of a particular laptop of this company?
If everything works, then by any adequate means (for example, clonezilla) of backup, you already copy this partition to physical hardware.
