How to show Photoshop that you can create temporary files on the second physical disk?

Good afternoon.
I have 2 physical disks. On the first Win8, on the second Win7.
Photoshop CC comes first. In the performance settings, the second disk is not shown.
Those. I see 2 partitions on the first disk (system and recovery). And the second one is simply not on the list.
Why is that? And what can be done?
