Hello! I want to ask you to help me: how to properly configure ownCloud on Ubuntu Server 16.04? And in addition: how to make sure that the files that are written to ownCloud are written to the RAID array?

Do you seriously think that ownCloud settings have some special features when installed on RAID? :-)
By the way, RAID0 is not recommended ;-)

просто в линуксе конфигурите рейд, а овнклауду все равно куда файлы сохранять.
