How to set up server access in AD?

Good afternoon! Help to understand the following situation:
There is a server 2008R2 standart on it AD and 50 users ip 10.11.0.1.
There is a second server 2008R2 standart (ip 10.11.0.2) on it MIS system, users connect via RDP using AD accounts.
There is a third server 2012 R2 standart (10.11.0.5) MIS system will be transferred to it. I drove the server into the domain everything is ok there. The problem is that I can't connect to the third server via RDP using AD accounts. Writes not enough user rights.
Tell me where to read where to drip? In 2012 and in AD is not very strong.
Thank you all in advance!

On the third server, check the "Remote Desktop Users" group, as well as the settings of the RDS role (whether it is installed at all).
This is the alphabet.

Bring up the RDC services first. Set up licensing, connect to the license server and you will be happy.
Now, as I see it, RDC services are either not configured or not at all.

in short, the solution turned out to be simple) I went to the 2012 server and added domain \ users to the "Remote Desktop Users" group. Licensing swears though that there are 120 days left, but it will already be in 120 days) thank you all
