How to authenticate to SoftEtherVPN using Active Directory Controller?

Essence of a question:
There is a server under linux (ubuntu 18.04) on it the SoftEtherVPN server is installed. The machine is entered into the domain. I receive the list of users and groups on the server. When I try to forward the authentication through the VPN, nothing happens. The SoftEtherVPN Client Manager client asks to change the credits or try another user, in fact it does not read the list of users that are stored as "tbd" in linux (IMHO). Samba is configured correctly, ip tap-interface VPN'a is registered in the samba config. If someone has ideas or who faced a similar problem - write what are the options for solving this problem.
