How to set up printing of a specific paper size through GPO?

I ran into a non-standard issue. Need help with printing from certain users with the paper size specified in inches. When redirecting printers to a terminal session via rdp on a domain controller, I couldn't find how to change the paper size automatically. Is it possible to change the paper size through GPO? What solution is there to change the paper format if the printer is connected via an rdp session?
