Windows Licensing. Is it possible to restore the OEM version of the OS?

There are 10-12 PCs, all of them have Win7 unlicensed. We want to take a course on legalization. On some PCs there are stickers with serial numbers (somewhere Win7, somewhere 8-8.1). As I understand it, someone once demolished the licensed OEM versions of the OS.
Is it possible to restore them now so that everything is correct according to the law (docs for the purchase of system units are saved)? Or now only new licenses to buy?

I once downloaded a disk with the same edition of the OS that was on the sticker (according to the code), installed it, entered the serial number.
And it activated.
But it seems that with Windows 8, the serial number is no longer written on stickers (and this is good).
I don't think that after installing the pirate and activating it, you will have problems: the license is confirmed by a sticker.

Who are you whitewashing yourself in front of? Before MS? Then it is enough to pass the test through their tester.
Before "shoulder straps"? They don't give a damn about the codes matching, they need a piece of paper stating that you purchased the OS of this edition (that is, they understand the difference between Home and Pro) legally.
Raise the documents on the purchase of laptops, look there for items about the presence of an OS. They don’t care about the rest, even personal indulgence from B.G. they don't care.

you need to contact the manufacturer of the piece of iron about recovery discs.
on a web resource to look, for example.
