Why does an empty main.lst appear on the desktop?

After rebooting the computer, an empty main.lst file weighing 2 bytes began to appear on the desktop.
What is it and where can I turn it off?
OS Windows 7.

I would do: Win + R "msconfig" Enter, disable everything in "Startup", delete the file, reboot. If it helps, turn half back on and check again.
If it doesn’t help, upload the file somewhere, an “empty” 2kb sounds doubtful :)
