How to set up NS vestacp?

In the panel at the registrar, the domain was delegated to ns1.*****.ru and ns2.*****.ru
On the server in the panel, I configured the domain. But the domain is not available. Doesn't even ping.

DNS is best configured by the host. Or stir up some Cloudflare.

In the ru zone, for dns servers on your domain, you must specify the IP. You specified?

The question is not very clear.
In general, the logic should be something like this:
1) Are ns1.*** and ns2.*** available? (ping)
2) Is the domain delegated to these ns? (whois)
3) Do ns respond to a request for a domain? (checked by nslookup somewhere.com some.dns.server)
4) Do they give out the right ip?
5) Does the server respond to this ip?
If all the points are completed, everything should work. If any item is not fulfilled, check it separately.
