Why is a _VLMCS DNS record created?

Good day, there is
1. DC + DNS, aka GC (win 2012 R2)
2. KMS server with keys for windows 7, windows server 2012 and ms office 2010, ms office 2013 (win 2012 R2)
The problem is the following - periodically windows 7 and office refuse to activate automatically. It was noticed that records appear in DNS (in addition to the only correct _vlmcs indicating port 1688 and the fqdn of the kms server itself) of the _vlmsc type, the fqdn of which are ordinary computers in the domain, or other servers that have absolutely no connection with the KMS role.
Does anyone have any guesses why this is happening?
Upd. - when such records are deleted, after some time (day) they appear again, sometimes with different values.

Where the _VLMCS entry appears, it means that the key from the KMS server was installed on this machine or the KMS role was raised, try to remove the KMS service or reactivate the key on this machine.

Thank you, on some workstations and servers, some irresponsible employees really entered KMS keys from the server itself, and not keys for KMS activation. I reinstalled the keys on the problematic OS and VLMCS was no longer automatically created.
