How to fix ip address on dns server?

Tell me how you can solve the problem with the domain dns server. nslookup returns incorrect ip address 172.16.63.23 for computer ks-005 (correct 172.16.63.99 ). Changing the ip address in the forward lookup zone on the dns server does not help, after a while the situation repeats.

nslookup still all right,
but for zones I strongly doubt that it is written there exactly - through a dash-hyphen, and even without ptr records
, and we are not talking about private networks yet
