How to make certain domains visible only to those who have my DNS server registered?

There is a corpotate.cabinet.ru domain, how can I make it so that only those who have a corporate DNS server registered can see it?
Suppose you have dns 192.168.5.5, he sees corpotate.cabinet.ru
In Peter dns 192.168.10.5, he does not see this domain.
Everything is done on Bind9.
Thank you.

What do you mean? If this DNS is registered with Vasya, but Petya is not registered, then no matter what you do on it, only Vasya will see the changes ... Petya will continue not to see

@opium

In the bind there are views for this.
There you can display zones in different ways for different IPs.
