When executing rdnc - not found. How to fix ?

Good afternoon
The situation is like this (it seems to have broken yesterday). I have OS - Centos 6.5
Package chroot-bind - BIND 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.17.rc1.el6_4.6
add domain (petro.kz) .. add it to named.conf config, create file petro.kz
in
named.conf

zone "petro.kz" {
        type master;
        file "/var/named/petro.kz";
};

then do rndc reload

rndc reload
server reload successful

next rndc reload petro.kz

rndc reload petro.kz
rndc: 'reload' failed: not found

if you restart named and do rndc reload petro.kz -

rndc reload petro.kz
zone reload up-to-date

there didn’t seem to be such problems .. but now it has surfaced
