Do I need VACUUM/FULL, ANALYZE, REINDEX after restoring from a dump (pg_dump)?

vacuum - no. Why, all the data was just written down, the old versions of the lines have nowhere to come from.
analyze is better to do, there is a mention of this in the documentation https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/app... : "Once restored, it is wise to run ANALYZE on each restored table so the optimizer has useful statistics"
reindex - no, not needed. Indexes are created during restore in the normal form.
