How to raise an internal network in OpenVZ between containers?

Hello, the question is in the title. There is a server (quite old in terms of hardware, but it works with data that is critical for me), several virtual machines are spinning on it. The server and virtual machines have their own dedicated IP + Internet access, venet interfaces are everywhere (on virtual machines), there is one network card on the server itself. The server itself runs on Gentoo (inherited), and Gentoo and Debian virtual machines. Actually the question is: in addition to the public network, which is used to access the Internet and other things, I want to create another one that will be available only between virtual machines and the server itself (that is, there will be no access outside the server either). For example, there you can throw some internal services (available only for virtual machines). How many tried - or the whole network on the server falls in general or virtual machines do not see each other and / or the server. Can you tell me how to check this? For virtual machines, OpenVZ is used (NOT Virtuozzo, namely vz)
