How to set up language switching in Ubuntu 18?

Updated to version 18 and away we go.
Initially, do not switch the language at all. I installed some gnome-tweaks, configured switching by ctrl + shift keys there, everything worked as usual in previous versions. Now this combination overrides all combinations with ctrl+shift+... in other programs. For example, I can’t open a closed tab in chrome by ctrl+shit+t, this bastard switches my language instead. Surely someone came across, how to solve?

@McMike

On 18.04
Settings -> Devices -> Keyboard , in the Typing section, the layout is configured.
I set it up with a tweak, there didn’t seem to be such problems.
