There is a certain device on win10, a weak but fresh celeron N3450, X64, 64-bit and OS, latest build, 1709.
I go step by step to install and configure Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), delivered it in "windows components", it remains to deliver the distribution linux. We go to the Windows application store, and we see the impossibility of installation due to, attention to this:
