How to block an event in xte?

On a logitech mouse mx, the wheel can tilt left and right. Accordingly, this triggers events: for example, scrolling through tabs in chrome.
I would like to turn this off. To do this, I found out the names of the necessary buttons and opened the .xbindkeyscr file . I decided to try this, but it didn't work:
