How to set up iis for angular .net core hosting?

I can't configure the server to host the .net core 3.0 p5 +
angular project Installed the angular cli, but ng from powershell is not available, the environment variable was not registered automatically, can this affect? At this link: https://scottsauber.com/2017/04/10/how-to-troubles... the logs do not appear, or I did something wrong
