Where can disk space leak windows server 2012 r2 with IIS and mssql?

Hello. There is a server of wines 2012r2. On board only IIS with an application on board, and mssql base for it. Actually slowly but surely the disk space is leaking. The base itself is growing very slowly, it’s understandable that I follow the logs (I shrink them). But the place goes somewhere else. Tell me which way to look? what can be safely removed?

As a tool to find out where the disk space "leaks" I recommend TreeSize Free. In my opinion, the most visual program without graphic frills. And how to find out where it "leaks", then it will be possible to clarify this issue, or create a new one, if something is not clear.
