How to redirect from a port to a React static address?

I have Windows Server 2019 with IIS.
I have a react app on port 10888
domain:10888.
Due to the fact that the certificate does not apply to 10888, there are problems with the certificate.

Application launch command

cross-env PORT=10888 HTTPS=true react-scripts start

How do I redirect domain:10888 to domain/app?
