Wordpress 5.7 on IIS 10 does not execute a loopback request, how to fix it?

IIS is configured with kerberos.
When you open the Site Health page, it constantly asks for credentials.
Then the warnings "Unable to loopback request" (401) and "REST API returned unexpected results" (401) appear.
