Based on many recommendations, I decided to use the AWS Amazon EC2 service.
There was a difficulty in setting up the service, choosing a server.
I did not find clear documentation on how to create a server, and then upload and install CMS OpenCart to it.
Share experience or russified manual.

In Amazon ec2, the usual vps are like everyone else, if you don’t know how to cook vps, then this is not for you.
