DynamoDb+EMR=AR?

Hello. I'm wondering if there is any experience of successfully replacing an RDBMS like pg or mysql when using AR with DynamoDB? Because together with EMR we get sql-like syntax.
And in general, how do you work with Dynamo? Because I don’t want to give up validation, relationships and filters - these are very necessary features, but I didn’t find ready-made wrappers for EMR in the AR style either.
